Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. If you regret your purchase within this time period, you can send the item back and we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product can not be used /tested. The buyer must pay for the return postage. Refund for the returned goods will be credited to the credit card used when the order was placed. The refund will be carried out as soon as your returned goods are received. Please not that it may take up to 5-7 business days before the money will show in your bank account.

Remember to add a description on your return form, whether you want to exchange the product to a different size or colour, or if you want to return the product for a refund. You can only exchange to a product that costs the same as the product you have purchased. If you wish to exchange to a product that costs more or less then the product you are returning, you must return the product for a refund - and thereafter place a new order.

Note! It is important for us that you are satisfied. In case of manufacturing defects or flaws in the stitching, taping, zippers or the like, please send us an email at, along with a photograph and explanation of the defect. Also please let us know if you would like a new product or a refund. We will then send you a delivery slip, and you will not have to pay any extra shipping fees.
