Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received your package. If you regret your purchase within this time period, you can send the item back and we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product can not be used/tested. The buyer must pay for the return postage. 

Remember to fill out the return form in your package if you would like to return the products for a refund/money back, or complain due to faulty.

If you want to exchange the product(s) to a different size, colour or style, you have to return your product(s) for a refund, and place a new order. This is to secure that the product you want is still available in store / does not get sold out in the meantime. Contact us to get a free shipping code for your new order.

NOTE: If you have received wrong or damaged items, we will send you new products free of charge. In case of manufacturing defects or flaws in the stitching, material, taping or zippers etc., please contact us at: info@runandrelax.com. We will then send you a return delivery slip, so that you will not have to pay any extra shipping fees.
