Raw acai and chocolate bliss balls

Bliss balls are a great snack that you can prepare in advance and store in the freezer, making them the ultimate “grab and go” snack when you are craving something sweet or are in the need of an energy boost. Even better, they´re simple to make:


5 pcs big dates (cleaned for stone)
1 dl ground walnuts
1.5 dl ground almonds
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
2 tablespoons acai powder
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 teaspoon of carob powder
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 teaspoon of liquorice powder (optional)


This is what you do

Run the nuts in a blender before mixing the rest of the dry ingredients. Add the liquid, the dates and mix everything in the blender until you get a firm, sticky texture. Form the bliss balls with your hands and roll them in acai powder. Put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Enjoyed with a cup of tea or a glass of almond milk!
